Teamviewer Logo and NameThe school is using the TeamViewer software for online troubleshooting for quick fixes so it won't be necessary to bring in your device to the school. All school-issued laptops already have the software installed. If you are using your personal device, you can search for TeamViewer online to download and install. 


Standard Procedure

1) When the problem occurs, stop all activities to determine the cause because sometimes, some problems are easily fixed by you.

2) Email tech support at ICS ([email protected]) or call the school to receive a ticket number. Online help will be given in the order of the ticket number issued. Have the basic information ready:

a) Student name and computer number/sticker
b) Description of problem
c) Teamviewer ID/Password
d) Phone number for return call

3) Verify that you are connected to the internet and have the TeamViewer app installed on your device and running. (Left click the TeamViewer icon on the taskbar located at the bottom of the screen).

4) When you receive the call back from the IT person, please provide the TeamViewer ID and password to allow for remote connection with your device.

5) TeamViewer can be used by the IT technician to take full control of your Windows device unlike Apple products, which only allows screen sharing for guidance purposes only.

6) If you're using Apple devices, kindly download TeamViewer QuickSupport from the Apple App store.
